This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund the booking amount of Rs.2,04,420/- with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from 11.08.2012 being the last of payments made in 3 installments and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel filed a Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.   No costs.
