ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Received through e-mail. Office objections seen. Complaint is not supported with any bill/receipt and other documents as well as affidavit. Even the perusal of the complaint received does not disclose title i.e. name of the parties and their addresses. Hence, this complaint is filed. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per requirement and procedure, as permissible under the law.

     A copy of this order be sent on the e-mail of the complainant as per his e-mail address furnished. The file be consigned.
