                The complainant in this case last appeared on 04.03.2020. Before 2020, he was consistently absent from 04.11.2016 tlll 08.07.2019 as is apparent from the record. The complainant is still to file rejoinder qua reply of OP.2 as also Evidence.    Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
