Perusal of the record shows that Complainant was lastly appeared on 27/01/2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Matter is an interim stage till date. Notice was also not served to OPs. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
