2.Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India)Ltd. 9^th Floor, Abjijeet, Mithakhali, Six Roads, Ahmedabad 380006, Gujarat through its Managing Director/Authorized signatory.

ORDER:

                    Sh.Gaurav Chhabra Advocate for the complainant has made a statement that Ops would replace the  old AC of the complainant with new model (Campa pluse) and the complainant will have to pay the difference of Rs.2000/- in the cost of the  new and old  Model. Thereafter complainant has made a statement that he is ready to pay the difference of Rs.2000/-in case his old AC is changed with new Model (Campa pluse). He has also opted to withdraw the present complaint. Their statements have been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the complainant learned counsel for the OPs, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
