Present:       None for the complainant.

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.30 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. 

                   This complaint was filed by the complainant on 28.11.2014.  Since the filing of this complaint on very first date of hearing this case was adjourned for notice to OP for 12.02.2015 on filing of registered cover and copy of complaint etc, but the complainant since very beginning has not filed any registered cover etc. for notice to the OP.  Though the complaint was being adjourned again and again for the compliance of the said order but the complainant failed to comply with the said order.  From the perusal of the order sheet, we found that for the last 5-6 hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to expedite his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
