            The complainant alongwith his advocate filed a not pressed memo dated 22.05.2018 stating therein that the O.Ps settled his case fully and finally, hence he does not want to proceed further with this case. The complainant has acknowledged receipt of an amount of Rs.6000/- towards his claim and has granted a receipt towards full and final settlement and do not want to proceed with the case.  As the complainant was not present on 22.05.2018 as such this learned Forum issued a Registered notice vide L.No.535 dated 26.09.2018 to the complainant for remaining present on 25.10.2018 at 11A.M. positively, failing which the case will be decided as per law. Though the complainant received the same on 13.10.2018 neither the complainant nor his advocate remained present on the date fixed. Hence perused the memo and the same is allowed.

            In the result the complainant’s case is dismissed against the O.Ps as the complainant’s case is fully and finally settled the complainant does not want to proceed with the case.

            The order is pronounced on this day of 2^nd January 2019 under the signature and seal of this Forum. The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
