Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

Present:     Shri R.K.Arora, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Pardeep Gill, counsel for OP.

         

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. 

                  At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the Op, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
