ORDER

     At this stage, the parties have settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.7000/- from OPs through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Prabhakar, Advocate, through Google Pay towards full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
