ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.03.2024, Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.20,000/- bearing cheque No.010081 dated 24.02.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of complainant/DH namely Jaibir Singh and Rs.1000/- in cash from JDs/Accused through their legal assistant Sh.Karamvir Singh, in compliance with the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/886/2022 and he does not want to proceed with the present execution application further. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
