ORDER

     Rejoinder on behalf of complainant to the written reply of OP No.1 & 2 has been filed.

     At this stage, the parties have settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.2000/- through Google Pay from OP No.1 & 2 through its Legal Assistant Sh.Karamvir Singh and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint against the OPs and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
