Today is fixed for passing necessary order.

The complainant files hazira. Both parties jointly by filing a verified withdrawal petition praying for withdraw this case. They have stated in their petition that the dispute arose between the parties had already been settled outside this Forum. So, they are not interested to proceed with this case further. As such they are filing the above petition pray to withdraw the case.

Heard from the both sides, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence it is

ORDERED

that the petition for withdrawal this case, filed this day is allowed and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.

This case is being No.CC-56/2015 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
