ORDER

The complainant is not present today also inspite of the service of notice on him by Regd. Post acknowledgement due. The opposite party has already filed his version and we wanted to know as to what the complainant has to say about the version of the opposite party. The conduct of the complainant shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore we have no other alternative except to dismiss the complaint for default and nonprosecution. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed. No costs.
