Today complainant has filed affidavit of authorized representative Ms. Gurinder Kaur, who is one of the trustees of the parent body of the complainant – society.  Affidavit is taken on record.  Learned Shri Ravinder Narain, Advocate that OP disputes the averment made in para 9 of the affidavit to the effect that in view of the subsequent tests conducted by the complainant, the situation appears to have been corrected by the OP.  Counsel maintains that there was no shortfall ever in the Nestle Coffee sachets sold by the OP in the market.  He, however, has no objection if the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint.  In view of the discussion detailed in the affidavit, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with not order as to costs.
