 Neon Fitness and SPA, SCO no.1, First floor, Sector-9, Urban Estate, Karnal through its Manager/owner.

           Complaint u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

ORDER:                                  

                  

               Ms. Elina Manager of OP suffered a statement that Rs.2700/- has given to the complainant and the matter has been compromised with the complainant amicably.

                On the other hand, learned counsel of complainant suffered statement that he has received R.2700/- from the OP on behalf of complainant and the matter has been compromised. So, he wants to withdraw the complaint. He further stated that he will bound to handover Rs.2700/- to the complainant.    

              In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
