Today is fixed for hearing the petition dated 20/02/2024 praying for substitution of legal heirs of O.P No. 1 which registered as M.A. case no. 56/2024.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 6 & 7 is present.

Heard both sides. Perused the petition. As per petition O.P No. 1 died on 31/07/2022 but his three daughters are already on record as O.P No. 2-4.

Complainant prays for inclusion of remaining three daughters as legal heirs of O.P No. 1 namely Gopa Basu, Iva Sen and Soma Sen.

Complainant filed this petition on 20/02/2024.

Considering the entire matter and three daughters are already on record, prayer for substitution of legal heirs of O.P No. 1 is allowed.

Make a note over the petition of complainant that O.P No. 2-4 are also the legal heirs of O.P No. 1.

Complainant is directed to file amended form of petition of complaint by 17/09/2024.

M.A. case no. 56/2024  is thus disposed of.

At this stage Ld. Advocate for the Complainant NOT PRESSED the petition which registered as M.A. 57/2024. By the said petition he prayed for expunge the name of O.P No. 1.

Hence, the said petition is rejected being NOT PRESSED.

M.A. case no. 57/2024  is thus disposed of.

To 17/09/2024 for filing amended form of petition of complaint by the Complainant.
