Present:          None for the parties.

                        Case called several times since morning. It is now 3.30 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant as well as OPs.  This is very old case.  The complaint was filed by the complainant on 07.01.2011 and this complaint is pending for arguments since 08.05.2014.  Despite, several adjournments the parties did not appear to argue the case.  From the perusal of the order sheets, we found that none of the parties is appearing in this case since 29.09.2013 to appear and argue the case.  However, the case was adjourned time and again to afford an opportunity to the parties to argue the case.  We proceed to decide this case on merits but the complainant has filed only bill Annexure C-1,  empty envelops of seeds Annexure C-1 to C-23 and copy of Farad Jamabandi Annexure C-24.  There is no other document on the file to prove the case of the complainant, that the seed supplied by the OP was of inferior quality.  In these circumstances, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed.  File be consigned to the records.
