Complaint posted for hearing on admission. Even though several chances were given complainant was absent before the Forum.
Forum find it difficult to brief the complaint and hence complaint as such is reproduced below:
The petition filed unders 2 (1)c iv of CP Act of untrade practice of trade and commerce, of trespass to person and propery and for right of self defence also. The petitioner herself is the ‘consumer’ in this case where the petitioner became the victim of the untrade practice of 2Gspectrum case. The respondent 1 is the central agency and others are their contracting agencies.
The petitioner is the advocate in profession and from a family of high diginity and respects. She has gained reputation all around and keeping the standard of her profession every where. The petitioner is living in Palakkad and doing her job in Palaghad court.
The case is civil in nature and comes under tort. The petitioner under the nervous shock a part of mental injury. The petitioner living in Palakkad and hence within the jurisdiction thereof. The cause of action done in 2010 june and within the limitation.
The case started when the petitioner engaged some legal aid activities in society. There she had got a lot of complaints against the reapondent in civil and criminal. The petitioner and her family faced their threat when she engaged legal activities against the respondents the petitioner as legal in profession got complaint from some women but they are fearful to to be in out.. 1st respondent is the central agency which act as the connecting link of various the giant business groups having a lot of connections to politicians, economists and industrialist. The case proceedings started from 1981 and 1st accused party and others are under strict watching of police for national security. The agency has connections all over India. About 364 cases existing to respondent 1 from 2001 onwards, in various courts and 12 cases in 2011. The 1st party is always in cases and it it labeled as the notorious spy under CBI reports. R1 1 arrested and jailed for corruption &black money under the importance of national emergencic conditions last year and now in bail.. The case records are under malpractices, misappropriation of current accounts, cheating blackmoney, criminal conspiracy, murdering, culpable homicide, cheating, imputation of unchaesty, defamation, imputation against modesty, abetment and sex scandalism. The case evidenced that more than two murder cases charged against the accused wing in connection with this. They have research wings and professional gundasworking for their consumeric society. complainant herself is an advocate while inservice of legal aid activities, she noticed that there is some mafia working behind these mobile industry where black money and black image processing are well moving.

The petitioner got a lot of complaint’s from womenbut in fear to outdoor. These network mafia became the petitioners enemy and they began to play their vulgar playwith gundamafia and with political and police support. Her father fellill and in ICU unit by heart HEART ATTACK by continuous threat. sothis became a to parametro ‘emotionalinjury’ to him.whenever she is out, there poor parents are victimized she made complaints against them in police station. but later understood this case high importance of national security local agents working for criminal conspiracyand working for black money and where gundamafia also working for murdering the petitioner by preplanned criminal conspiracy well occupied manner and then gives to religious and family problems results net local mass disturbance.
There the petitioner and her family faced a continous threat and defamation. The party made nude pictures and blue films are given amoung the local people and on distant relatives. There was unknowing but silent defamatory activities every where too remote in sense the petitioner that made her to filed petition against them. This made provocation to the accused to others and shock when her sister marriage broken down and she is became under medicine. No any other help from this urgent critical condition and she gave up her job also. That made the petitioner more agony the same thing happened to her another sister same thing repeated and she also under medicine still now. Sudden shock give her IN IC UNIT. Her marriage posphoned but the good people agreed to do the marriage in another day. That made her her legs become motionless and bed rest.Her two uncle murdered and whole family become in trauma the where the petitioner is in complete dlemema of the the situation. The threat is too remotein sencewhere family members are always in mental agony. All these made the petitioners in mental pain and she got under nervous shock that resultd from stress and strain . where treatment with better stage nervous shock that result from stress and strain; where treatement with better stage.
The cause of action arises within 2 years of the limitation and within palakkad jurisdiction where the petitioner resides.
The valuation for the purpose of Court fee and jurisdiction there under Total compensation demandedis 20 lakhs.
Hence it is respectfully prayed that this Honourable court may be pleased to pass:
(a) Compensation demanded is Rs.20 lakh
(b) decree in favour of the plaintiff against the defendat and her assets allowing to recover the damages as the appropriate from the date of the suit and still realization from the defendable and her assets
(c) a decree to recover the cost of the suit
(d) any other decree or orders as this Hon’ble court may be deem fit to pass in the nature and circumstance of the case.
Complaint is a vague one, without properly narrating the facts and actual grievance. It was posted for hearing on admission for the purpose of clearing the defects. Complainant was absent for hearing. Hence we dismiss the complaint with liberty to file afresh clearing defects.
