          Learned counsel for the complainants filed miscellaneous application No.07 of 2017 averring that the present complaint be taken up today because he wants to withdraw the same.

3.      Learned counsel for the complainants has made statement (Annexure-I) that this complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action. The statement is accepted. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
