Persued file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearing i.e. 28.05.2015, 06.10.2015, 02.03.2016, 02.05.2016 & 30.05.2016 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint be dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
