Present:   None for the complainant.

Shri Mohit Sachdeva, counsel for the OP no.3

Today the case is fixed for issuance of notice to OPs No.1 & 2, subject to filing correct address and registered envelope. Neither correct address, registered envelope have been filed by the complainant nor none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.

A careful perusal of the file reveals that the present complaint has been presented on 10.05.2023 and thereafter the case was repeatedly adjourned for issuance of notice to OPs No.1 & 2 subject to filing of correct address and registered envelope but till today the case is going on the same proceedings as the complainant has failed to complete the formalities for getting the service of OPs No.1 & 2 effected.  The case pertains to the year 2023 and approximately 1 ½ years have been laposed but the complaint is still at initial stage. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint.

Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after impleading the parties with correct addresses, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
