ORDER

Present complaint has been filed by the complainant against opposite party i.e. Neelam ptop. of Auto Dry Cleaner seeking relief to return the black coat in safe condition and monetary compensation on account of deficiency in service. Opposite party failed to appear and was proceeded exparte. Complainant led evidence exparte and arguments were heard. Complaint was however accepted and direction was given to the opposite party to pay compensation of Rs.4000/- fir tge kiss if ciat abd danages of Rs.5000/- for deficiency in service besides Rs.500/- as costs of this complaint which would be payable by the opposite party within a period of one month from the receipt of copy of this order.
