The complaint was filed by the complainant under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party in not stitching lehenga and two designer blouse as demanded by the complainant along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to refund a sum of Rs.1690/- paid by the complainant for stitching lehenga and two designer blouse, to pay a sum of Rs.1712/- the cost of material, to pay a sum of Rs.17500/- towards cost of the proceedings and to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant.
No representation for complainant. No proof affidavit filed. Sufficient opportunities given on 23.06.2023, 06.07.2023, 12.07.2023, 17.07.2023, 27.07.2023, 18.08.2023 and on 30.08.2023. However, today also no representation. We are of the view that the no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
