However, File put up today on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant on behalf of complainant for withdrawal of the complaint as op has granted permission to the complainant to reside outside the hospital, so complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that due to compromise with the opposite party and as complainant has been satisfied, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws same. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
