        File taken up on an application moved by the complainant with the request to grant permission to withdraw the present complaint being compromised.

                Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties, so on the instructions of the complainant, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
