          This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

  1. Directing the opposite party to refund a minimum sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant towards medical and other expenses incurred by her during his negligent, delayed and deficient treatment to the complainant;
  2. Directing the opposite party to award compensation for a sum of Rs.10.00 lakhs for the physical hardship and suffering and mental agony caused to the complainant.
  3. Directing the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards litigation expenditure and cost.

 

            2. Notice was served to the opposite party.  The opposite appeared through Counsel. 

 

3. Today this case was called.  Complainant absent for long time.  No interest shown to proceed the case.  Opposite Party present.  Counsel present.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
