A Compromise Deed has been filed on behalf of the appellant and respondent No. 1, according to which, matter has been settled between them by way of compromise.

Learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No. 1 submit that this appeal may be decided in terms of the compromise.

The Compromise Deed has been signed by learned counsel for the appellant and the same has also been verified by learned counsel for respondent No. 1.
