                   Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered. The counsel for complainant has made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint due to some technical error in the present complaint and reserving his right to file the fresh complaint.

                   In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the competent court of law.
