Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to hand over the completion certificate in respect of the 74 residential flats in Tara Garden Apartments and the complete accounts in respect of the interim maintenance account of Rs.7.40 lacs at Rs.10,000/- per flat for the period 1.6.2005 to till the date, etc. and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as damages to the complainant.
