The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that permission be given to file afresh before the appropriate court/Tribunal. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
