ORDER

In the morning pass over was sought on behalf of the arguing counsel for respondent no. 1, stating that the arguing counsel is on the way. Even on the second call also the arguing counsel for the respondent no. 1 has not appeared. This is an application for restoration of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner which was dismissed in default, due to none appearance of the petitioner on 28.01.2013. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same are allowed and the petition is restored to the original number. Stand over to 8th October 2014 for admission hearing.
