1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite parties. After accepting the notice, the opposite party was absent before the Commission and opposite parties set exparte. Since 20/03/2020 the case was posted for filing affidavit of the complainant.

3.       As the complainant was continuously absent. A notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this commission today to file proof affidavit. After accepting the notice from this Commission the complainant failed to appear today.

                In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

                In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

                  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
