ORDER

Complainant-Arjun Singh with Ms. Sapna Tiwari, advocate.

Shri Ajay Gupta, advocate appears for opposite parties.  He has filed power.  It is taken on record.

Shri Arjun Singh-complainant as well as counsel for parties submit that dispute involved in the case has been amicably settled.  Parties have resolved the dispute by a written composition deed, which they have filed before the Commission today.  It has been  mentioned in the document that the compromise has taken place out of Court and  the complainant has agreed to withdraw this complaint.  As per compromise the opposite parties have delivered the cheque No. 140172 of Allahabad Bank dated 3.11.3015 of Rs.2,50,000/- to the complainant.  Complainant has acknowledged the said    cheque     in    full   and    final

satisfaction of the claim made by him in the complaint.  We find that the complainant has accepted the cheque without any undue influence      and coercion and the dispute has been resolved. The complainant is, therefore,  permitted to withdraw the complaint.

Accordingly the complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.
