          Learned counsel for the complainant recorded the statement separately to the effect that due to some technical defects, he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, with better particulars.

          In view of the above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars.
