1.   Natraj Agencies through its Prop. Sh. Tajender Taneja, 449/B-1, Main Bazar, Opposite Forest Complex, Pinjore Tehsil  Kalka, Distt. Panchkula, Haryana, 134102.

3.   Samsung India Electronics Private Limited through its Director/Managing Director, 20^th to 24^th Floor, Two Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector-43, Phase-V, Gurgaon, Haryana.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Complainant in person.

                     Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate, Counsel for OP No. 2.

 

          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP No. 1 and filing written statement by OP No.2. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the OP No. 2, on the instructions of OP No. 2, by making a separate statement, stated that OP No. 2 is ready to settle the matter with the Complainant by making payment of Invoice/Bill of Rs. 21,500/-, subject to the condition that the Complainant shall return the product to the OP No. 2, and that the OP No. 2 shall refund the above stated amount within 30 days from the date of return of the product in question by the Complainant to the OP No. 2.

          On the other hand, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that she has compromised with the matter as per the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the OP No.2 and she agrees with the same, hence, she wants to withdraw the present complaint.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
