           In view of  joint application of AR  /son of the complainant and counsel for the opposite parties no. 2  and 3   file taken  up in   National Lok Adalat held today on 09/12/2017.

            Separate joint statement of  Sh. Abhishek son / AR for the complainant  and counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3  recorded today on   09.12.2017 and as per the joint statement  the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 are directed to pay a sum of Rs. 7,000/-  to the complainant  as full and final payment within  15 days from today  on return  of old mobile set by the complainant to the opposite parties no. 2 & 3.  In case of default of payment in time the opposite parties no. 2 and 3  shall pay interest @ 9% per annum from 09.12.2017 till actual realization.

 The  complaint is  dismissed as  withdrawn being settled. 

              Copy of the order be given dasti free of cost.

               File be consigned to the record room.
