For complainant              Sh.Ganga Ram father of the complainant.

For Opposite parties       Sh.Deepinder Singh, Advocate

          On the last date of hearing i.e. on 12.1.2016 Ld. counsel for the opposite party Sh. Deepinder Singh Advocate had made the following statement. 

“Without admitting the contents of the complaint, the Opposite Party  No.3 as a goodwill gesture, will replace the refrigeration of the complainant with similar make and model of refrigerator, within 30 days from the receipt of copy of this order”

          On the above said statement, Sh. Ganga Ram father of the complainant made the following statement:-

“I have heard the statement of Sh.Deepinder Singh, ld.counsel for Opposite Party  No.3 and agree with the same and withdraw the present complaint.”

In view of the ibid statements of Sh.Deepinder Singh, ld.counsel for the Opposite Parties as well as of Sh.Ganga Ram, father of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The parties are bound by their respective statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules.  File be consigned to record room.
