                   Sh. Puneet Chahal, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File put up before National Lok Adalat. Heard. Ld. counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that their settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.94300/-. The said amount will be paid to the complainant within 30 days after submitting the Indemnity bond, Subrogation letter, Form 29-30 & transfer/cancel of RC by the complainant.  

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has read over and heard the alleged statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled before National Lok Adalat with direction to the complainant to submit the Indemnity bond, Subrogation letter, Form 29-30 & transfer/cancel the RC and thereafter opposite party shall pay the amount of Rs. Rs.94300/-(Rupees ninety four thousand three hundred only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of completion of alleged formalities by the complainant, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% on the alleged amount from the date of decision.  

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
