Present: -     Complainant in person with Sh.Rajesh Badsi, Advocate. Sh.M.L.Sardana, Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                     File taken up on the joint application moved on behalf of complainant and opposite party No.1.  The complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with opposite party No.1 as full and final and he has received a cheque No.581430 dated 31.12.2019 amounting to Rs.2,94,780/- and nothing is due towards opposite party No.1 and the present complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the complainant, duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
