                     Sh.Rajender Verma, counsel for OPs.

                     Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he will lodge the claim with the insurance company and the insurance company will decide the claim of the complainant and if any grievance of complainant remains unsettled then the complainant is liberty to file the fresh compliant.

                     Keeping in view the above statement, the present complaint is disposed of accordingly with a direction the complainant to lodge the claim with the insurance company. Thereafter, the insurance company will decide the claim of the complainant as per the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. If any grievance of complainant remains unsettled then the complainant is liberty to file the fresh compliant on the basis of the claim decided by the Insurance Company. Copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs, as per rule. File be consigned to record room after due

compliance.
