On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 22.09.2023 the complainant has been absenting himself from conducting the case. None appears on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the appropriate order shall not be passed against him and date was fixed on 07.02.2024.
Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. As the questionnaire has not yet been filed by the complainant, so the evidence on the part of the complainant has not yet been completed and it is a case of ‘no evidence’. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for default.
