      In compliance of the order dated 26.09.2011 passed in C.C. No.
69/2009 by this forum JD state that “ as per statement of account the
payment has been made to the DH “. Against this statement DH has not
filed any objections regarding the statement and requested that matter
be decided by Forum itself.
Perused file and considered the execution.
This forum  in C.C. 69/2009 passed order dated 26.09.2011 as under:
1.To pay to the complainant a sum of Rs. 51905/- , the medical expenses.
2.To pay to the complainant a sum of Rs. 15,000/- as compensation for
causing harassment and mental agony and pain.
3.To pay to the complainant a sum of Rs. 5,000/- towards cost of ligitation.
Hence  in compliance of this order JD was required to make the payment
of Rs. 71,905/- (51905+15000+5000) to the DH. As per the statement of
account submitted by JD , JD has paid a sum of Rs 48182/- upto
31.11.2012 and remaining Rs23723/-  upto 31.12.2014 , therefore, the
whole amount awarded by this forum to the DH has been paid by the JD .
       Looking to the above facts and circumstances we are of the
considered opinion that JD has complied the above order dated
26.09.2011 and total payment  which was payable to the DH has been
paid , therefore, this execution is fully satisfied and dispose off
accordingly.
Copy of this order be made available to the parties as per law and a
copy be kept in separate file. File be consigned to record room.
