Complainant  wants to withdraw his complaint  with the prayer to withdraw the case   and liberty to file afresh in light of the judgment of Mr. Ambrish Kumar Shukla passed by National Commission.

Heard, perused file and considered. Withdrawal allowed as prayed.

As case is withdrawn and complainant wants no relief from this Forum, therefore prayer in this complaint has become infructuous. Hence case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh at appropriate forum within 30 days from the receipt of this order.
