1.      Present : None for DH and counsel of JD.  Heard and perused file.

2.      The DH has filed this execution petition for compliance of order dated 29.4.2015 passed by this forum in C.C. No. 126/2014 wherein this forum has directed to OPs to pay a sum of Rs. 3,15,000/- along with interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of institution of this complaint i.e. 16.4.2014 till payment ,a sum of Rs. 25,000/- as compensation and Rs.5,000/- as cost of litigation.  Hence DH filed this execution petition. 

3.      The JD has  paid a sum of Rs. 3,28,980/-, Rs 25000/- and Rs 5,000/- vide three cheques dated 12.1.2016 to the DH.  On 10.2.2016, DH has stated that OP has deducted TDS amount which has been paid to the Income Tax Department  , therefore, JD was directed to file the  TDS Certificate. In compliance JD has filed the TDS certificate along with statement of account copy of the same was given to the DH.   Thereafter, since 12.5.2016, 26.5.2016 and 15.7.2016 i.e. today none is appearing on behalf of the DH.  It appears that DH is  satisfied with the payment made by the JD and Statement of Account filed by the JD and  he is not interested to pursue the case.  Hence , this execution is decided on  fully satisfaction accordingly.

4.       Copy of the order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law.  File be   consigned to record room.
