Present:- Sh.A.K.Arora, Adv. Counsel for Applicant/OP.
As per Office report of Ahlmad, in this case amount of Rs.3,47,744/- has been received from Hon'ble State Commission and amount has been deposited in shape of FDR.
The Complainant/DH was awarded of Rs.1,87,000/-. As per report of Bill Clerk, total amount including compensation & litigation expenses becomes Rs.2,63,227/-. Amount of Rs.3,17,007/- was deposited by the JD's/OPs on 21.12.2021 before Hon'ble State Commission. Rs.66,385/- (the excess amount deposited with interest) be released to the Opposite Party.
The Superintendent is directed to break the said FDR and amount of Rs.66,385/-, out of Rs.3,47,744/- be released to the applicant/OP against proper receipt as per law. File be consigned to the record room.
