Heard Mr.S.K.Jain,learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the Misc case and also heard Ms.R.D Mazumder, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party/respondent.

               This is an application for condonation of delay of 233 days in filing the connected  appeal. The opposite party/respondent has filed objection opposing the prayer for condonation.

             As directed by the Commission, the petitioner has submitted a certified copy of the  order dated 07-02-2010 passed by the District Forum, Dhuburi, in the  review petition . We have noted the same.

            We have also gone through the ground set-forth in the  condonation petition and we are satisfied that the  delay has been satisfactory explained therefore, the delay of 233 days is hereby condoned.

                 The Misc case stands allowed.

                 The connected appeal shall be listed on 19-6-2012
