Smt. Bhawana Thakuri(Member):- An application has been filed by the Complainant on 15.03.2023 as per the provision of Sec-38 of the C.P.Act, 2019 praying for production of some documents, which are lying under the custody of the O.Ps.
The said Petition has been been registered as M.A- 01/2023
The said petition is heard today in presence of both sides and Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps has produced some documents by making an annexure and the same are kept with the reocrd.
The M.A- 01 of 2023 is heard, allowed and disposed of and one order has been passed today in a separate sheet in connection with this matter, being Order No:-03, dated 18.05.2023, which be treated as part of this Final order.
The M.A-01 of 2023 is thus allowed and disposed of.
