A sum of Rs. 5,000/- are awarded to teh Complainant as costs of the complaint and another Rs. 5,000/- as costs of this appeal, to be paid by the OP.

The sum herein awarded shall be paid within 30 days and in case they are not paid thay shall carry interest @9% until thay are paid.

The appeal is allowed, set aside the impugned order dated 11/06/2013 and decree the complaint on the above terms.
