Yash Pal Singh Vs. National Insurance.

CC No. 10 of 2017.

 

Present: Sh. Gipal Krishan, Advocate, counsel for complainant  

             

 

                             Office report perused. Complaint be checked and registered. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh one before the appropriate authority.  

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file his complaint before the competent court of law/authority, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
