We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Both of them inform that the parties have settled dispute outside the Commission. They have also placed on record the terms of settlement and that amount of Rs.20 lakhs is said to have been paid by the appellant to the Respondent Insurance Company. In view of the statement of the counsel, the appeal is disposed of as settled with no order as to cost.
